Roma-Parma 5-0. AC Milan. My God is God of all.
In these times of war, idiocy and mental illness, we must always remember that God does not exist if he is not the God of all. I would have said this even if the attack in Magdeburg had been by an Islamic fundamentalist. Even more so since he is a fan of the extreme right. And this God smiled at us at the Olimpico and I hope he will be benevolent at San Siro too.
Finally. Finally Roma shows its true value, crushing Parma with an indisputable victory. In the first half comes the goal from a penalty by Dybala (1-0) in the gift box of a great assist by Dovbyk and consequent foul on Paulo. The goal by Saelemaekers on a beautiful cross by Angelino (2-0). Players who have become essential for our club,
In the second half, Dybala scored (3-0) on a rebound from Suzuki after a shot from Saelemaekers. Paredes scored a penalty (4-0) and Dovbyk closed the game (5-0) with Dybala leaving him a chocolate under the tree with empty net.

Roma hasn't won away from home for about 8 months. But we can't reduce this negative number to the transcendent aspect of a divine curse. It's misleading. It doesn't lead us to the solution of the problem, which is certainly mental.
Now Roma must know how to play well away from home. Even in a noble and large stadium like San Siro. As always in growth paths, the performance is more important than the result. For the current moment of the season and consequent corporate strategy, a draw at San Siro is gold. But we can also aim for platinum.
Fonseca has evolved his game from a Portuguese possession-based game to a slightly more vertical, more European (or Italian?) style game.

The key tactical player is Reijnders who helps out in the build-up, if Terracciano is covered, and also plays as a second striker behind Abraham.
The right striker, Chukwueze, is only left-footed and usually goes towards the center to shoot. On the left side they develop a lot of play, taking advantage of the harmony between Jimenez and Leao, Fonseca leaves Leao free to roam wherever he wants. In the defensive phase, Chukwueze gives a hand to Emerson Royale, while Leao is a bit lazy in returning to defend.

So in this Christmas season, we are right in the days after there was a massacre at the Christmas market in Magdeburg. First of all there is the moment of prayer for the victims and the injured, then there is the moment of religious reflection. Even if the bastard had been an Islamic fundamentalist, my analysis would not have been different. If this act strengthened hatred towards other religions, we would have given reason to the fundamentalist.

In reality this is a much more complex fact. This huge piece of shit is not an Islamic fundamentalist, but a fan of the German far right. He went to hit the markets, leveraging his Saudi origins to provoke hatred towards Islam. He sacrificed himself and his memory for his idiocies. For this reason he should not be considered mentally ill, but someone who knew very well what he was doing and that, behind his action, there is a conscious and very sophisticated reasoning. If we grant him mental illness, it will be like giving him reason about the weakness of Western democracies.
Ultimately, you cannot think that Jesus Christ is the Lord of the West, Mohammed of the East, Moses of Judaism, as in a sort of Risk. They are all prophets of the same God who governs the entire world. There is no true religion. There is no false religion. If you are kind to your neighbor. If you defend the rights of your neighbor. You are doing God's will. Even if you profess to be an atheist.

This is my message for this Christmas season. A time as important as the end of Ramadan (Eid al Fitr) or the feast of Abraham's sacrifice (Eid al Adha) for Muslims or Yom Kippur for Jews. They are all on the same level. And so are the feasts of all those religions that ask us to be altruistic and to live in peace with the rest of the world as Muhammad says.

The very different religions that have divided us between Christians, Muslims and Jews, then between Romans and Orthodox, then between Catholics and Protestants and then also the Protestants divided into a thousand streams and in the meantime Islam divided between Shiites and Sunnis, must reunite and reunite us in the thought and action of peace.
So I want to wish you happy Christian holidays the way Muslims would say it: Eid Mubarak. And with this wish for religious peace, I also wish for the much more earthly and pagan great performance of Roma in Milan. Come on Roma!
