Nice-Rome 1-2. The integration of Africans of the Veronese people, and Italians in general: the most powerful weapon against terrorism.
After our victory at the Allianz Riviera, we dive back into the league to host a Verona team of young talents. The Veronese vote right-wing, but in practice they have integrated many immigrants into their excellent employment system: a very different attitude from the parties they vote for.
"We handled it well," said Evan Ndicka, who broke the deadlock. The other defensive consul, Gianluca Mancini, scored the second goal. Indeed, Roma dominated. Rensch, El Aynaoui, and Tsimikas all played well. The eternal Pellegrini. Koné was a bit nervous at the start. We have very solid defensive mechanisms. We maintain good possession and often force our opponents into defensive play. If there's a problem, it's the offensive phase. The center forwards aren't able to sting.
I don't feel like being too harsh on Niccolò Pisilli, who made the mistake of the penalty out of naivety and generosity. He's also a good player, like I said about Pellegrini. Unfortunately, certain stages like Serie A and the UEL don't give you the chance to wait too long. He absolutely must learn to be smarter, quickly.

On July 14, 2016, in Nice, a Franco-Tunisian man took advantage of the French national holiday to carry out a massacre on the seafront with a truck. Eighty-six people died, including 15 minors and six Italians, and 450 were injured. A terrible tragedy. The so-called Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack. A time that seems so distant. To me, it immediately struck me as the madness of a deranged piece of shit whose mind was not right. It is therefore important for the future to understand what truly effective tools are against terrorism.
In Verona and the Veneto region in general, there are many immigrants. This gives rise to a bizarre phenomenon. The Venetians, and specifically the Veronese, have always been conservative, first Christian Democrats and then center-right. When large numbers of Africans began arriving in Veneto, this partly led to racism, even violent racism. like heppened in TrevisoThese are, however, very isolated phenomena. The majority of the Venetian population, despite their deep-rooted conservatism, has welcomed and integrated immigrants into the workforce.

Italians' faith in their fellow men was the subject of a masterpiece like "Italiani brava gente" (Italians, Good People) from 1964, which addressed the war in Russia and this beautiful attitude toward Russians and Germans alike. But that's not all. I firmly believe that Italy hasn't had any terrorist attacks, certainly thanks to the intelligence work of law enforcement agencies, but also to the natural positive attitude the Italian people have toward immigrants.

The closed attitude of an indigenous people, or even persecution like Netanyahu's against the Palestinians, could lead to terrorism. I certainly hope I'm wrong, but history, especially that of the Holy Land, teaches us this.
So we're going to host Verona in a good position in the standings. A position that could improve. On the other hand, Verona has perhaps found its form with its 532, relying on counterattacks and set pieces to win the match.

Daje Roma!
