Atalanta. Roma-Genoa 3-1. A mathematical paradox in football and politics: -x-=+.
After a paradoxical situation like facing our great love Daniele De Rossi and having to defeat him, we'll head to Bergamo, where Gasp will face the club that gave him glory: Atalanta. Palladino is a continuum for Atalanta (minus), and the Nerazzurri from Upper Lombardy have the same players and often the same tactics (minus). For this reason, Gasp is the one who knows best how to face Palladino's Atalanta (plus), given other independent variables like the referee, fitness, injuries, etc., etc., being equal.

Monday's match was very significant for us Roma fans, as DDR returned to the Olimpico as an opponent. He appeared serious and reserved. He tried to instill confidence and calm in the Genoa players, who were a bit disoriented. Genoa played poorly, and Roma took advantage of this to win the match in the first half.

It was a paradoxical situation in which De Rossi was our opponent (minus) and we had to defeat him (minus) but, by doing so, we defended fourth place (plus).

The -x-=+ that can be translated philosophically into two negative events that become a positive situation can also be found in world politics.
Putin is likely keeping Trump by the balls on the Epstein case, as we've already explained (less), but the Kremlin would hardly find a more comfortable US president (less), so it's not in their best interest to get him into trouble, and this gives Trump the freedom to move freely on the Ukraine issue, leading Putin to a peace agreement that's fair to the Ukrainians as well (more). In this way, Trump would also collaterally rule out the media, and therefore the public, from believing he's truly (as is likely) open to blackmail by the Kremlin over Epstein.
Daje Roma!
