Siviglia (Sevilla) – Roma 2-1

Perdiamo a Siviglia, contro una buona squadra, tenendo bene il campo, anche se complessivamente la prestazione è stata insufficiente. Abbiamo sofferto molto il pressing alto, soprattutto con Bruno Peres, che in queste situazioni deve passarla subito e Manolas, ancora poco preciso nella costruzione. Davanti abbiamo giocato meglio. Perotti è il nostro nuovo uomo squadra, l’uomo che crea con i dribbling la superiorità là davanti. E’ mancata la concretezza sia da parte sua, sia da parte di Defrel, che servito da un cross di Diego, invece di cercare il gol, ha fatto la sponda per Dzeko (bravo in occasione del gol nel finale). Bravi anche Strootman e il Ninja nel pressing. Se si pressa tutti insieme, possiamo creare il circolo virtuoso pressing-recupero-possesso-tiro-pressing-recupero. Il pressing deve essere collettivo. E’ la punta centrale che inizia il pressing, ma tutti devono essere coordinati, compresa la difesa che deve essere più alta. L’arbitro ha fatto bene il suo lavoro ed è stato meno casalingo di quanto mi aspettavo. La nota dolente è la difesa o come è giusto dire la fase difensiva. Come detto, abbiamo avuto problemi nell’uscita di gioco, con Bruno Peres che ha provato qualche dribbling anche da ultimo uomo. Come disse una volta Zeman a Candela in un Samp-Roma: – Mai da ultimo! Non si tenta mai il dribbling dalla difesa, lo può provare sulle sovrapposizioni o in generale in fase offensiva, ma mai quando sta sulla linea di difesa. Il consiglio del boemo è da seguire soprattutto alla luce della propensione soprattutto offensiva dell’allenatore. I due gol del Siviglia sono partiti dalla nostra destra.  sui due gol c’è un errore individuale   di Pellegrini e Bruno Peres, che mancano nella marcatura, e di Alisson, che non copre in entrambi i casi il primo palo. Ad ogni modo non me la sento di creare capri espiatori. Abbiamo sbagliato di squadra. Abbiamo sbagliato in fase difensiva. Non abbiamo avuto il giusto killer-istinct in attacco (come ad esempio con la sponda di Defrel). Domani avremo il Celta Vigo e saranno le prove generali per iniziare bene la stagione tra una settimana con l’Atalanta, che intanto ha battuto il Valencia 2-1.  Allora bisognerà essere pronti per portare il nome glorioso di Roma in modo rispettoso delle nostre tradizioni calcistiche, della continuità di alta classifica degli ultimi anni e della storia eterna della nostra città.
