Le decisioni di Orsato

La Roma pareggia in casa col Sassuolo. E’ stata una partita molto sfortunata. Possiamo discutere quanto volete sugli episodi arbitrali. Il VAR entra in funzione solo su errore grave, dopodichè l’arbitro fa il gesto del quadrato e va a rivedere le immagine, quindi sta a lui decidere se confermare o rivedere la sua decisione. Nel caso del gol di Dzeko, Orsato si sente con il VAR  (in gergo si dice silent check) e poi decide che non è un errore grave, quindi non rivede l’episodio e decreta il fuorigioco segnalato dal guardalinee. Nel caso del gol di Florenzi, Under è effettivamente in fuorigioco e fa blocco (ossia non credo che Under possa smaterializzarsi), i neroverdi circondano l’arbitro, che parla con il VAR, decidendo di rivedere l’episodio e di annullare il gol, precedentemente dato. Orsato, tenendo sempre ben presente che in entrambi le occasioni decide contro di noi, quando si poteva dare gol in entrambi i casi e nessuno avrebbe gridato allo scandalo (tranne i soliti noti che hanno già superato di gran lunga il ridicolo), si è mosso a punta di regolamento.

Dove migliorare e come

In ogni caso la Roma è stata insufficiente anche ieri, accontentandosi di gestire l’1-0, quando bisognava continuare a segnare per chiudere la partita. Poi dopo il 78esimo e il gol di Missiroli, siamo andati all’assalto, purtroppo troppo tardi. “E’ un problema anche mentale” dice Di Francesco, se ieri è stato anche un problema psicologico è solo perchè sull’1-0 ci siamo accontentati, senza andare a chiudere la partita. La difesa in generale ha retto bene, anche se bisogna essere più sicuri sui lanci lunghi. Come vi ho detto nel prepartita e come è stato dimostrato anche ieri, i problemi sono soprattutto offensivi. Provo ad elencare le mancanze che ho notato:

1. Poca ricerca del lato debole per gli amanti del basket ovvero pochi cambi di gioco (gli unici che sembrano farlo sono Pellegrini e Florenzi);
2. Pellegrini migliore dei nostri (non capisco il suo cambio) può giocare sulla destra in un 4-4-2 con Schick e Dzeko punte, la posizione in cui segna il gol è quella. Credo in ogni caso che bisogna pensare ad un cambio di modulo, perchè sia Schick che Defrel sono soprattutto attaccanti centrali);
3. Cross molto spesso sbagliati, comunque Dzeko è meglio coi cross bassi ed Edin non è l”unica opzione;
4. Pochi tiri in porta (Spesso rifiutiamo tiri che si possono prendere);
5. Quando tiriamo non siamo abbastanza convinti;
6. Poche triangolazioni, pochi inserimenti dei centrocampisti, ma soprattutto pochi scambi veloci là davanti per liberare l’uomo al tiro.

La soluzione per questi problemi è solo LAVORO, LAVORO, LAVORO come tempo fa ha detto il nostro Mister. Bisogna allenarsi sui tiri in porta, sui cross, sulle triangolazioni e gli inserimenti dei centrocampisti. Mancano i passaggi veloci in fase offensiva (se vi viene in mente Francesco Totti, è vero: non ci manca solo emotivamente, ma anche tatticamente). Serve il dialogo tra i nostri per trovare le soluzioni offensive. Bisogna creare e poi lubrificare meccanismi offensivi, utili a essere più incisivi in attacco.

Verona-Juventus e l’Italia

Poi durante la sera, ho visto Verona-Juventus, anche perchè gli scaligeri sono prossimi avversari. Ho preso appunti, anche se non credo sia il vero Verona quello di ieri. La maggior parte dei giocatori trotterellava per il campo. Nessun pressing. Nessuno che marcava gli juventini e attaccava la palla. Mazzoleni poi non ha fischiato nemmeno un fallo per i veneti, nei sparuti casi in cui attaccava, nella metà campo juventina (e un paio erano abbastanza evidenti). I migliori sono stati Caceres, Verde e i primi minuti di Romulo. Badate bene, l’atteggiamento dei veronesi e dell’arbitro non è un unicum. Molte squadre sono remissive con la Juve. Molti arbitri sono accondiscendenti. Il calcio è solo uno specchio della società profondamente corrotta e malavitosa in cui viviamo, soprattutto nella politica. I soldi sperperati in tangenti in Italia sono tantissimi. Sono un costo esorbitante. Poi nel post scriptum farò un paio di esempi con link. Il fatto che le cose non funzionano in Italia lo si vedono appena prendi ad esempio un autobus a Roma. Siamo sempre in pochissimi a timbrare il biglietto (Vabbè, saranno abbonati) e l’autista guida come Schumacher (per cui spero, mi auguro e prego che stia meglio) quando deve fare il giro veloce a Monza (come esempio ho preso volutamente la pista più veloce del Mondiale per dare un’idea di quanto corre). Sicchè uno che prende la prima volta l’autobus a Roma potrebbe dire “Bè, 1,50 euro per un viaggio sulle montagne russe è molto economico”.

A parte gli scherzi, è chiaro che in queste condizioni calcistiche e di vita di tutti i giorni, sia molto difficile vivere in Italia (direi che a questo punto non ci possiamo più paragonare alla Spagna che ci ha superato da molto tempo (basta mettere a confronto le 13 linee metro di Barcellona con le 2,5 di Roma), ma al Messico (con tutto il rispetto per il Messico)) e tifare una squadra (in Italia il fatto che le maggior parte delle avversarie sono remissive e gli arbitri favorevoli nuoce alla stessa Juventus, che quando deve affrontare avversarie europee prende sonore mazzate: se sei abituato a donne che si calano subito le mutande, non è facile poi conquistare una donna difficile).

Ma la Roma può e deve fare di più.

Per questo la Roma non deve essere solo forte, deve essere fortissima. Al momento ciò che sta facendo il Napoli (da cui noi dobbiamo prendere esempio) è incredibile. In proiezione, i partenopei potrebbero fare 96 punti, che sarebbe una mission molto difficile, a mio avviso impossibile. Se invece la quota scudetto fosse di 87/88 punti sarebbe un sogno possibile pure per noi, ma bisogna iniziare a macinare vittorie, partendo dalla partita dell’Epifania in casa contro la forte Atalanta. Daje Roma!

Where to improve and how

In any case, Rome was insufficient even yesterday, being content to manage the 1-0, when it was necessary to continue scoring to close the game. I try to list the shortcomings I’ve noticed:

Little research of the weak side for lovers of basketball or few changes of the side (the only ones who seem to do it are Pellegrini and Florenzi);
Pellegrini best of ours (I do not understand his change) can play on the right in a 4-4-2 with Schick and Dzeko central forward, the position in which the goal is scored. I believe in any case that we must think of a change of form, because both Schick and Defrel are above all central forward);
Cross very often wrong, however Dzeko is better with low crosses and Edin is not the only option;
Few shots on goal (We often refuse shots that can be taken);
When we sot, we are not convinced enough;
A few triangulations, few insertions of the midfielders, but above all a few quick exchanges forward of it to free the man for shooting.
The solution for these problems is only WORK, WORK, WORK as long ago our coach said. You have to train on shots on goal, on crosses, on triangulations and insertions of midfielders. Missing fast passages in the offensive phase (if you think of Francesco Totti, it’s true: we misses him not only emotionally but also tactically). We need dialogue between us to find offensive solutions. We must create and then lubricate offensive mechanisms, useful to be more incisive in attack.

Verona-Juventus and Italy
