The opponent of friday: the Milan."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Se vogliamo stare in prima classe sul treno della Serie A, dobbiamo saper vincere questa partita , specialmente perch\u00e8 Juve e Napoli hanno avversari difficili come Parma al Tardini e Sampdoria al Marassi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;Italia \u00e8 un paese diverso dalla Spagna sia per cultura generale sia nello specifico per cultura calcistica (in Italia ci sono tanti allenatori scaltri che ti battono con il 20% di possesso palla con veloci contropiedi o che, osservando che soffri il pressing, ti chiudono all&#8217;angolo per un tempo con una squadra di riserve, come \u00e8 successo con l&#8217;Atalanta) e inoltre noi abbiamo perso tanto in termini di personalit\u00e0, esperienza, qualit\u00e0 nella costruzione di gioco e recupero palla, vendendo <strong>Nainggolan<\/strong> and <strong>Strootman. Se non teniamo in considerazione:il fattore che soffriamo il pressing alto, la sostituzione di due centrocampisti fondamentali con altri non con le stesse caratteristiche (badate bene che per me Cristante e Pastore sono due ottimi giocatori ma hanno caratteristiche diverse dal Ninja e da Kevin) e la differenza di cultura calcistica tra l&#8217;Italia e la Spagna (senza voler preferire l&#8217;una o l&#8217;altra, sostengo solamente che si gioca a calcio in modo diverso) , la pratica sul campo (soprattutto in Serie A) non pu\u00f2 rispecchiare il progetto.<\/strong> Non possiamo giocare con il 433 con le due mezzale troppo offensive\u00a0 (e mi riferisco a <strong>Cristante<\/strong> and <strong>Pastore<\/strong>). Nel lungo termine, Cristante o <strong>Pellegrini<\/strong> hanno le qualit\u00e0 tecniche per poter anche abituarsi a giocare come mediani a fianco di <strong>De Rossi<\/strong> or <strong>Nzonzi<\/strong> o possono fare le mezzale ma devono aiutare nella costruzione di gioco. Nel caso specifico ed emergenziale della partita di San Siro, <strong>non vedo razionalmente altre possibilit\u00e0 se non quella di riproporre il 4231 del secondo tempo con l&#8217;Atalanta con De Rossi e Nzonzi contemporaneamente in campo come mediani<\/strong>. Siamo scoperti sul fatto che soffriamo il pressing alto, quindi aspettiamoci dal Milan che marchino i 4 difensori + il playmaker come ha fatto l&#8217;Atalanta, quindi o aggiungiamo un mediano (e l&#8217;unico \u00e8 Nzonzi) o una mezzala torna indietro per aiutare, sempre tenendo presente l&#8217;alternativa del lancio lungo su <strong>Dzeko<\/strong> che deve migliorare nelle sponde e nell&#8217;intesa con gli esterni d&#8217;attacco. <strong>Errare humanum est, perseverare diabolicum autem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La chiave della partita \u00e8 fare bene la costruzione di gioco (di cui abbiamo gi\u00e0 lungamente parlato), ma anche il pressing alto. quando dobbiamo essere pi\u00f9 veloci nell&#8217;anticipo. per poi avere la scelta fra la fine dell&#8217;azione rapida, per cui devono essere pronti gli attaccanti esterni,\u00a0 o fare possesso per trovare il buco nella difesa avversaria. ragionando in un maggiore lasso di tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Il Milan gioca con\u00a0 il 433 con Biglia playmaker e Higuain attaccante centrale<\/strong> (entrambi da marcare, cercando l\u2019anticipo specialmente su <strong>Higuain<\/strong> quando \u00e8 in zona d\u2019attacco, infatti in questa zona \u00e8 pericoloso pure spalle alla porta). Gonzalo pu\u00f2 tornare a centrocampo in fase di costruzione di gioco per facilitare l\u2019uscita di palla dalla zona difensiva, anche in questo caso dobbiamo essere bravi a trovare l\u2019anticipo senza commettere fallo. <strong>Kessie<\/strong> non \u00e8 perfetto nel controllo palla e nel passing game, invece \u00e8 bravo nel recupero palla ed \u00e8 pericoloso negli inserimenti e nel tiro da fuori. <strong>Bonaventura<\/strong> \u00e8 molto pericoloso quando si inserisce soprattutto nei tiri volanti e di testa. <strong>Romagnoli<\/strong> or <strong>Caldara<\/strong> possono impostare se <strong>Biglia<\/strong> \u00e8 marcato, ma non sono bravi come l\u2019argentino. Se entrambi i difensori centrali sono bravissimi nel controllo palla, cos\u00ec non si pu\u00f2 dire della loro fase difensiva, dobbiamo approfittarne. Potrebbe essere confermato <strong>Musacchio<\/strong> invece di Caldara, difensore puro non ottimo in impostazione. <strong>Donnarumma<\/strong> soffre particolarmente i tiri da fuori area, specialmente se non vede partire il pallone. Il gioco inizia principalmente da destra con <strong>Suso<\/strong> che pu\u00f2 cercare il tiro a giro con il sinistro (\u00e8 principalmente sinistro), in alternativa pu\u00f2 cercare il cross per Higuain, Bonaventura e l\u2019attaccante sinistro, <strong>Calhanoglu<\/strong>. Entrambi i terzini (<strong>Calabria<\/strong> or <strong>Abate<\/strong> a destra e Rodriguez a sinistra) collaborano alla fase offensiva. Calabria con gli inserimenti e i triangoli, Rodriguez con i cross ed \u00e8 pericoloso sulle punizioni da cross. Possiamo attaccare su entrambe le fasce, a mio avviso Rodriguez \u00e8 un po\u2019 meno bravo di Calabria (o Abate) in fase difensiva, <strong>quindi dobbiamo attaccare specialmente sulla loro sinistra, nostra destra<\/strong>. <strong>Soffrono il pressing<\/strong>, se lo facciamo bene, possiamo creare facili occasioni da gol. In generale, hanno ritmi molto lenti (<strong>Biglia non \u00e8 un giocatore molto rapido<\/strong>) e improvvise accelerazioni (soprattutto grazie a Suso e Calabria).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Se non impariamo dai nostri errori, siamo destinati a ripeterli. Sono sicuro che, giocando come nel secondo tempo con l&#8217;Atalanta, possiamo portare l&#8217;intera posta a casa, ma ci vorr\u00e0 il massimo impegno, la massima concentrazione e la capacit\u00e0 di porre rimedio ai problemi emersi nell&#8217;ultima partita. Se saremo capaci di questo, arriver\u00e0 naturalmente la vittoria.
