Non possiamo permetterci di prendere 3 gol <strong>all&#8217;Olimpico<\/strong>, come \u00e8 successo con <strong>l&#8217;Atalanta<\/strong>. Siamo difettosi soprattutto in fase difensiva e di costruzione di gioco.\u00a0 Anche se con il <strong>Benevento<\/strong>, <strong>Fazio<\/strong> ha fatto il playmaker con <strong>Pastore<\/strong> a aiutare nella fase d&#8217;uscita in difesa e\u00a0 entrambi hanno giocato bene. E&#8217; fondamentale che almeno una mezzala aiuti nella fase di costruzione di gioco. Mi fermo qua con le valutazioni tattiche. Mi \u00e8 sembrato che le soluzioni tattiche che ho suggerito sono state anche parzialmente seguite, ma non hanno risolto la situazione (anzi in qualche caso l&#8217;hanno peggiorata). Per questo l&#8217;unica soluzione per club e ambiente (compreso me) in generale \u00e8:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lavoro e silenzio<\/strong>. Lavorare per migliorare i meccanismi tattici difensivi e offensivi e i meccanismi umani, ritrovando la forza del gruppo dell&#8217;anno scorso (anche con una cena tutti insieme). Serve il silenzio perch\u00e9 siamo in crisi e <strong>anche una parola \u00e8 troppo, sia per fare proclami insensati visti gli ultimi risultati, sia per abbassare le ambizioni, perch\u00e9 abbiamo una squadra dalle qualit\u00e0 tecniche e fisiche importanti: possiamo vincere contro qualsiasi avversario.<\/strong> Ma adesso \u00e8 troppo presto sia per parlare di scudetto, sia per tirare i remi in barca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Il nostro sostegno<\/strong> come tifosi romanisti non deve mai mancare in ogni caso. All&#8217;Olimpico e in trasferta dovremo essere una sola, imponente voce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il lavoro, il silenzio e il sostegno dei tifosi possono e devono contribuire al miglioramento della condizione fisica e al cambiamento di atteggiamento in campo in senso pi\u00f9 combattivo. Solo cos\u00ec potremo tornare a macinare punti e ad un posto in classifica pi\u00f9 adatto alle nostre grandi qualit\u00e0 tecniche e fisiche. <strong>Gi\u00e0 dalla partita del Chievo vedremo se avremo iniziato il giusto cammino verso la gloria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Daje Roma!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have a big defense problem. We can&#8217;t allow 3 goals at the <strong>Olimpico<\/strong>, as happened with <strong>Atalanta<\/strong>. We are defective especially in the defensive phase and in the construction of play. Although with <strong>Benevento<\/strong>, <strong>Fazio<\/strong> made the playmaker with <strong>Pastore<\/strong> to help in the exit phase from defense and both played well. It is essential that at least one mezzala help in the construction phase of the game. I stop here with the tactical evaluations. It seemed to me that the tactical solutions I suggested were also partially followed, but they did not resolve the situation (in some cases they worsened it). This is why the only solution for clubs and the social network (including me) in general is: <br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Work and silence<\/strong>.
