Normalmente non sarebbe stato un quadro molto positivo, se non\u00a0 ci\u00a0 fossero state le ultime 4 vittorie consecutive, che in prospettiva ci fanno sperare bene-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sarebbe stupido adesso parlare di <strong>scudetto<\/strong> con la classifica attuale e con la fantastica <strong>Juventus<\/strong> con 8 vittorie consecutive in campionato (e 2 in <strong>Champions<\/strong>), che si trova a +10 rispetto a noi. In ogni caso sia in Campionato che in Champions, per le nostre qualit\u00e0 tecniche, possiamo e dobbiamo puntare al massimo, senza aver paura di nessuno (compreso il <strong>Real Madrid<\/strong>), senza sottovalutare nessuno (compreso il <strong>CSKA Mosca<\/strong>). In Campionato poniamoci come obiettivo minimo la zona Champions. In Champions non pongo obiettivi minimi perch\u00e9 potrebbe portare ad un certo punto del percorso un senso di soddisfazione sbagliato in una competizione dove rimane nella storia solo chi porta a casa la Coppa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Di Francesco<\/strong> ha fatto la scelta giusta con il <strong>4231<\/strong>. E&#8217; la formazione pi\u00f9 affidabile dal punto di vista difensivo e offensivo. Poi pu\u00f2 essere sfruttata o per attaccare di pi\u00f9 o per difendere di pi\u00f9 a seconda delle esigenze della partita e degli attori in campo. Con <strong>l&#8217;Empoli<\/strong> ad esempio ad un certo punto siamo passati al 3412 e siamo stati un po&#8217; in confusione per il cambio di formazione, invece potevamo giocare ancora con il 4231 con giocatori pi\u00f9 abituati a difendere con <strong>Santon<\/strong> terzino destro, <strong>Juan Jesus<\/strong> terzino sinistro e <strong>Florenzi<\/strong> attaccante destro. Nella immagine sopra, ho voluto anche mettere <strong>Riccardi<\/strong> in prima squadra. Il giovane centrocampista sta giocando bene soprattutto a livello offensivo sia con la Roma Primavera che con la Nazionale Italiana Under 19, anche segnando spesso. Penso che meriti una chance in prima squadra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nelle ultime partite abbiamo finalmente trovato la strada giusta, sia a livello tattico che a livello di grinta in campo (finalmente non siamo troppo passivi in fase difensiva e mettiamo il piede nei contrasti), ma la regola giusta per migliorare in questo cammino \u00e8: <strong>lavoro, lavoro, lavoro<\/strong>. Cos\u00ec potremo oliare i meccanismi tattici e umani fondamentali per il concetto di squadra in ogni campo, compreso il calcio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voglio congratularmi con <strong>l&#8217;Italia<\/strong> per l&#8217;ottima vittoria in <strong>Polonia<\/strong> (0-1). Abbiamo giocato bene e meritato di vincere. A livello di gioco si vede un netto miglioramento con <strong>Mancini<\/strong> rispetto alla gestione-<strong>Ventura<\/strong>, che intanto \u00e8 andato ad allenare il <strong>Chievo<\/strong>. Secondo me, \u00e8 giusto continuare a giocare con <strong>Insigne<\/strong> falso-9. Per quanto riguarda le nazionali, voglio sottolineare anche la doppietta di <strong>Dzeko<\/strong> contro l&#8217;Irlanda del Nord e anche le buone prestazioni di <strong>Schick<\/strong>. Siamo tutti in ottima salute. <strong>Andiamoci in prendere in campo ci\u00f2 che meritiamo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ora ci aspettano 6 partite tra fine ottobre e inizio novembre. Le partite pi\u00f9 difficile sono le due trasferte a <strong>Napoli<\/strong> e a <strong>Firenze<\/strong>, ma per rispetto alle nostre qualit\u00e0 tecniche e alle nostre ambizioni, possiamo e dobbiamo scendere in campo sempre per vincere. <strong>Daje Roma!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Roma<\/strong> closes this October period with 4 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses.
