Innanzitutto fatemi fare un elogio del <strong>fair play finanziario<\/strong>.  Se il calcio non ha creato (del tutto) una bolla speculativa catastrofica (come lo \u00e8 stata ad esempio la bolla speculativa edilizia che ha dato inizio alla crisi economica del 2008), \u00e8 merito del fpf, ma soprattutto ha creato un sistema pi\u00f9 egualitario. Il fpf sta al calcio europeo come il salary cap sta al basket NBA. E&#8217;  l&#8217; unico limite economico che hanno le squadre di calcio.  Se  vi sembra un elogio funebre, non vi state sbagliando.  <strong>La non-sentenza UEFA sul Milan condanna a morte il fpf.<\/strong> C&#8217;  erano diversi segnali che facevano pensare questo e diverse conseguenze non per forza negative per la Roma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La prima a festeggiare \u00e8 il <strong>Manchester City<\/strong>, anche lei sotto inchiesta della UEFA. Come se qualche informazione fosse uscita fuori prima,  in Italia, ci sono due club  che stanno spendendo tanto come l&#8217;<strong> Inter<\/strong> che sta comprando <strong>Barella <\/strong>and <strong>Dzeko <\/strong>e la Juventus che sembra (si dice) in trattativa per <strong>Pogba <\/strong>and <strong>Chiesa<\/strong>, dopo aver comprato <strong>Ronaldo <\/strong>nell&#8217; anno scorso. Anche noi siamo liberi dai cervellotici conti del fpf e possiamo fare mercato liberamente. D&#8217;altronde se il Milan non viene punito, perch\u00e9 dovrebbe essere punita la Roma? A questo punto non dobbiamo pi\u00f9 vendere n\u00e8 Dzeko, a cui infatti \u00e8 stato proposto un rinnovo triennale (o al limite scambiarlo con <strong>Icardi<\/strong>), n\u00e8 <strong>Manolas<\/strong>, per me strutturale nel gioco della Roma, anche se per quest&#8217; ultimo la decisione spetta a lui che ha messo una clausola rescissoria sul contratto.  I preliminari di <strong>Europa League<\/strong> sono un ostacolo fastidioso. Si va in zone sperdute dell&#8217;  Europa, spesso con clima siberiano a luglio, con giocatori di scarsa tecnica, ma che giocano la partita della vita su campi di patate. Dovremo sempre tenere in considerazione il bilancio, \u00e8 vero per\u00f2  che adesso possiamo essere pi\u00f9 liberi .e senza paure di sanzioni.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un paradosso. <\/strong>Paradossalmente se il Milan esce illeso dal giudizio del TAS, come abbiamo visto, per noi \u00e8 meglio nel lungo periodo, per\u00f2 i presupposti  mi preoccupano come cittadino (come romanista gongolo). Intanto perch\u00e9 questa situazione evidenzia la superiorit\u00e0 di un giudice su una federazione sportiva. Nessun giudice  americano si sognerebbe mai di discutere l&#8217;autonomia della NBA, ad esempio. E poi perch\u00e9 il mercato sta impazzendo. Inter e Juventus hanno iniziato in modo molto aggressivo. La Roma si \u00e8 adeguata. All&#8217;  estero, il City sta spendendo 70 mln per <strong>Rodri <\/strong>(centrocampista dell Atletico Madrid), il <strong>Real <\/strong>ha speso 60 mln per <strong>Jovic<\/strong>. Ovviamente dietro ci sono proprietari con ricchezze immense. Ma  nel lungo periodo. potranno continuare a spendere centinaia di milioni senza rimetterci? Stiamo continuando a ordinare ostriche e champagne a St. Michel, ma prima o poi dovremo pagare il conto. Solo una vincer\u00e0 la Champions e se sbagli stagione (e addirittura rimani fuori dalla Champions), sei fregato. Ci sar\u00e0 una nuova crisi economica pi\u00f9 pesante di quella del 2008? Riusciremo in qualche modo a reggere questo stato di cose, per me, insostenibile? Nella migliore delle ipotesi qualche club anche importante andr\u00e0 in bancarotta. E la Roma? La Roma no perch\u00e9 \u00e8 sempre stata attenta al bilancio e anche adesso che stanno tutti impazzendo, si sta muovendo con lucidit\u00e0. Badate bene che io non voglio escludere nemmeno la possibilit\u00e0 che il TAS decida di punire il Milan. In questo caso il fpf rinascerebbe come la fenice. Ma il TAS ha la forza di fermare questa pazzia? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>Salary cap.<\/strong> First of all let me give a praise of <strong>financial fair play<\/strong>. If football has not created (entirely) a catastrophic speculative bubble (as was the case for example with the building speculative bubble that started the 2008 economic crisis), it is thanks to the FPF, but above all it has created a more egalitarian system. The fpf is to European football as the salary cap is to <strong>NBA basketball<\/strong>. It is the only economic limitation that football teams have. If it sounds like a funeral eulogy, you are not mistaken. <strong>The UEFA non-judgment on Milan condemns the FPF to death.<\/strong> There were several signs that suggested this and different consequences, not necessarily negative for Roma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> The first to celebrate is <strong>Manchester City<\/strong>, also under investigation by UEFA.  As if some information had gone out first, in Italy, there are two clubs that are spending as much as the <strong>Inter <\/strong>that is buying <strong>Barella <\/strong>and <strong>Dzeko <\/strong>and the <strong>Juventus <\/strong>that it seems (it is said) in negotiation for <strong>Pogba <\/strong>and <strong>Chiesa<\/strong>, after having bought <strong>Ronaldo <\/strong>last year . We too are free from the tortuos fpf sums and can do market freely. Besides, if Milan is not punished, why should Roma be punished? We will always have to take the budget into account, but it is true that we can now be freer and without fear of sanctions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> A paradox. Paradoxically, if Milan comes out unscathed from the TAS judgment, as we have seen, it is better for us in the long run, but the assumptions worry me as a citizen (as a Romanist I am happy). Firstly, because this situation highlights the superiority of a judge over a sports federation. No American judge would ever dream of discussing the autonomy of the NBA, for example. And then because the market is going crazy. Inter and Juventus started very aggressively. Roma has adapted. And the Roma?  Not because it has always been attentive to the budget and even now that everyone is going crazy, it is moving with lucidity. Take care that I do not want to exclude the possibility that the TAS decides to punish Milan. In this case the fpf would be reborn as the phoenix.
