Sono giorni strani in cui mi mancano gli argomenti. Siamo in un periodo di limbo senza allenatore e con 1\/2 giocatore\/i con le valigie fatte. Prima del 30 giugno, data fondamentale per il fair play finanziario, ci saranno questa\/e cessione\/i, mentre si contano le ore per l’ufficialit\u00e0 del nuovo allenatore, che dovrebbe essere Eusebio Di Francesco (nostra vecchia conoscenza, ancora legato ai colori giallorossi e che si \u00e8 dimostrato un ottimo allenatore a Sassuolo: scelta a me gradita). L’allenatore deve partire dal gioco di Spalletti, farsi spiegare dai giocatori i suoi suggerimenti, partire dal 4-2-3-1 col Ninja trequartista, o dal 3-4-2-1 con Florenzi esterno destro. Il Ninja e la maggior parte dei giocatori vanno tenuti. Partiamo dal secondo posto dell’anno scorso, se iniziamo a vendere 5\/6 titolari, questo significherebbe non ripartire dal secondo posto in griglia di partenza. Dobbiamo essere pronti per il campionato, ma dovremo essere ancora pi\u00f9 pronti per un torneo anche pi\u00f9 difficile e pi\u00f9 prestigioso come la Champions. Ci vogliono giocatori con esperienza Champions, o perlomeno con esperienza internazionale o di nazionale, o perlomeno con il carattere (primo requisito da richiedere) per affrontare palcoscenici importanti e per parlare con arbitri cazzuti, senza prendere espulsioni stupide. Il metro di paragone \u00e8 il Ninja: carattere ma senza essere mai espulso. \u00a0Un buon banco di prova sar\u00e0 l’International Champions Cup in America, dove affronteremo PSG, Tottenham e Juventus. Per allora la squadra deve essere fatta. Dovremo incominciare a provare formazioni e schemi. Molto importante da questo punto di vista sar\u00e0 l’atteggiamento dei leaders dello spogliatoio: se obbediranno all’allenatore senza proteste inutili, insegneranno a tutti gli altri quale sia l’atteggiamento giusto (cit. Flavio Tranquillo). Questo significa che l’altro requisito del club deve essere umilt\u00e0. Umilt\u00e0 che devono avere tutti: staff tecnico nel ripartire da Spalletti, squadra nel seguire l’allenatore.
