The world has cancer. Europe has cancer. The far right is cancer. Trump is chemotherapy. It's tough. It's painful. It's difficult. It doesn't necessarily mean you'll be saved. But it's the only chance of salvation. What do these strong and shocking rulings mean?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump is practical proof that the far right, or if you prefer the fascists, under the guise of bringing security, eliminating crime and therefore immigrants, whom the fascists identify with crime, can establish fascism, or if you prefer, a regime of terror.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is what's happening in Minnesota, with a crucial difference compared to the last century: people are now more sensitive to injustice, they arm themselves with smartphones to bear witness, and because they're armed with dangerous smartphones that record videos, they risk their lives and sometimes get killed, as happened to Alex Pretti. So, in Europe, those who were thinking of voting for the far right must morally ask themselves a question: what if this happened here too?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It's hard. It's difficult. It's painful. It's chemotherapy. The one I witnessed in the 1980s on my mother. Four years of agony. When cancer was a sure death sentence. And the one I then experienced for my father's sister, for my father, and for my wife's mother. It's hard. But it's the only way for the world, for the USA, for Europe, to realize the tragic future toward which it was hurtling: downhill into hell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It's a recurring situation throughout history: those who claim to represent good against evil often turn out to be the evil that must be defeated. This also applies to the Iranian theocratic regime, which calls those who legitimately protest for a freer and more democratic political system \"Enemies of God.\" In Italy, for the moment, we have avoided the threat of fascism because the government includes a moderate party like Forza Italia that would not allow such practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In any case, socialists, democrats, and liberals must remain alert because when we raise the issue of security, as the far right is doing, we are paving the way, at best, for the restriction of certain freedoms, at worst for the establishment of an authoritarian system.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

There are those who portray victims of violence, even state violence, as the devil, and then there's AC Milan, who use the devil as a symbol, when so many AC Milan fans are genuinely very good people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
