C’è chi dice che non c’è bisogno di preparare mentalmente queste partite, in cui tutti sanno che devono dare il meglio sia per il prestigio di una vittoria, che per la difficoltà della sfida. Io invece sono sicuro che se la partita è preparata mentalmente bene, se si parte con l’approccio giusto, se si è in grado di giocare fino al fischio finale al massimo è proprio perchè la partita ha avuto una buona preparazione anche psicologica. Immaginate un tifoso del Borussia Dortmund, dell’Atletico Madrid, degli Hearts of Midlothian (squadra di Edimburgo) a cui capita di vedere Juve-Roma, con una media conoscenza del campionato italiano, sapendo che la Juve parte favorita, perchè gioca in casa e ha vinto 6 campionati di fila, ma sapendo anche che la Roma è una squadra che negli ultimi anni ha dato fastidio ai bianconeri, arrivando spesso seconda. Insomma questo tifoso straniero direbbe “Roma es ein gutes team, er kann gewinnen”, “Roma es buen equipo, puede ganar”, “Roma is a good team, they can win”. Probabilmente un tifoso neutrale come questo tiferebbe per noi, anche perchè oggettivamente abbiamo la possibilità di vincere. Quindi dobbiamo essere in grado di giocarcela in modo spavaldo, sapendo di avere buoni giocatori, buone carte in mano e che si può anche vincere. Ci sarà da soffrire. Sarà una partita difficile. Loro tendono a chiuderti spesso nella tua metà campo, quindi è importante la costruzione di gioco, che se abbastanza veloce, potrà trovarli scoperti in difesa. Ma non è l’unico modo per segnare. Spesso avremo noi il pallone, faremo possesso di palla e territoriale,  dovremo essere capaci di fare scambi veloci, soprattutto con l’ultimo passaggio per segnare e risegnare. Sarà una partita difficile, ci sarà da soffrire, ma possiamo vincere come penserebbe un tifoso degli Hearts of Midlothian.

La Juventus gioca col 4-3-3 o 4-3-2-1. Nella costruzione da dietro sono da marcare sia Benatia che Chiellini (che ci può regalare soddisfazioni), quello meno bravo nell’impostazione è Barzagli o, se gioca, De Sciglio.
