Aggiornamento squadra e pensieri vari. Update team and various minds.

Ho aggiunto Defrel come punta centrale, Under come attaccante destro e Kolarov (benvenuto!) come terzino sinistro. I punti interrogativi sono per Seck e Iturbe, dati per partenti. Iturbe si trova meglio in una squadra di medie dimensioni, che possa giocare anche in contropiede (come è stato decisivo con noi nel derby del 2016). E’ probabile che si trovi bene anche in una squadra straniera. Qui a Roma non ha il feeling giusto. Discorso diverso va fatto per Sadiq: reduce da una stagione non buona al Bologna, con la maglia della Roma segna spesso come è successo con il PSG e lo Slovacko. E’ da tenere in considerazione: potrebbe diventare un futuro top-player. Sono contento anche per la buona prestazione di Castan e di Gerson. Entrambi stanno giocando bene  contro avversari di valore. La Roma nel primo tempo ha giocato con il 4-3-3, nel secondo tempo con Nainggolan ha giocato con un 4-2-3-1. Questi sono i punti positivi e i punti negativi che ho visto:

4-3-3 (primo tempo)

+ copertura a centrocampo

– difficoltà nella costruzione di gioco

4-2-3-1 (secondo tempo)

+ tanti palloni recuperati alti

+ migliore costruzione di gioco

+ micidiale contro il pressing estremamente alto

– la squadra avversaria superato il pressing alto, può attaccare facilmente (soprattutto l’anno scorso)

I added Defrel as a central forward, Under like right forward and Kolarov (welcome!) as a left-back. The question marks are for Seck and Iturbe, that probably go away. Iturbe is better off in a mid-sized team that can also play counterattack (as he has been decisive with us in the 2016 derby). It is likely to be well in a foreign team. Here in Rome it does not have the right feeling. Different speech needs to be made for Sadiq: reduced from a bad season to Bologna, with the Roma jersey often marks as it has happened with PSG and Slovacko. It is to be considered: it could become a top-player future. I’m also happy for the good performance of Castan and Gerson. Both are playing well and played well against worthless adversaries. Rome in the first half played with 4-3-3, in the second half with Nainggolan played with a 4-2-3-1. These are the positive points and the negative points I have seen:

– The opposing team overtaking the high press go easily in attack (especially last year)
