L’avversario di mercoledì: l’Atletico Madrid. The rival of wednesday: the Atletico Madrid.

Ci avviciniamo a questa partita con l’ansia di un esame di laurea. A volte sono andati bene,  a volte sono andati male. Abbiamo acquistato (un po’ di) considerazione grazie alla doppia sfida col Chelsea, ma adesso è importante vincere, sia a livello pratico per ipotecare il primo posto, sia a livello simbolico per considerarci ed essere considerati tra le più grandi d’Europa. Dobbiamo avere equilibrio tattico e rispetto, perchè andiamo ad affrontare una grande squadra con diverse grandi individualità. Dobbiamo dimostrare la qualità nel gioco che abbiamo e il killer istinct per colpire quando abbiamo le buone occasioni. Loro soffrono il pressing e noi siamo bravi nel farlo, ma il pressing deve essere collettivo, ordinato e puntuale. Bisogna saper tirare in modo convinto, per fare male.

I colchoneros giocano con il 4-2-4 che in fase difensiva diventa 4-3-3, con Koke che fa l’ala destra e il centrocampista.

Oblak: Ottimo portiere.

Juan Fran (Vrsaljko): Juan Fran è giocatore di esperienza, molto duro, può essere falloso. Vrsaljko, ex-Sassuolo, spinge molto. Dobbiamo attaccare su questa fascia.

Savic: Difensore puro. Attacchiamolo nel pressing.

Godin: Difensore puro, bravo anche nella costruzione.

Filipe Luis: Bravo terzino sinistro. Dobbiamo attaccarlo.

Koke: Buono sia come ala destra, che come centrocampista aggiunto. Giocatore chiave nel gioco di Simeone.

Gabi:Playmaker, capitano, testa e cuore dei madrileni blanco-rojos.

Thomas: Bravo a recuperare palloni e a inserirsi in attacco.

Ferreira Carrasco: Giocatore di fantasia e dribblomane. Bravo anche a inserirsi senza palla. Da curare con attenzione.

Griezmann: Fortissimo, ma non in forma.

Correa: Meno forte di Griezmann, ma molto pericoloso.

Esame di laurea difficile, ma ci siamo preparati bene per questo confronto e siamo in grado di superarlo. Andiamo a vincere! Daje Roma!

We approach this game with the anxiety of a graduate exam. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose.
