Atletico Madrid – Roma 2-0

L’altro giorno ragionando sul quinto turno di Champions, mi domandavo: data una vittoria sicura del Chelsea a Baku contro il Qarabag, quanto ci conviene pareggiare con l’Atletico Madrid, mandando gli spagnoli allo Stamford Bridge senza motivazioni? Certo la vittoria avrebbe tolto tutte le castagne dal fuoco. E’ un fatto che la nostra sconfitta, tiene aperta la situazione ( a nostro svantaggio o vantaggio) per il primo posto e la qualificazione. E’ certo poi che noi dobbiamo vincere l’ultima all’Olimpico con il Qarabag, non sottovalutando l’avversario e giocando al massimo nostro.  “Abbiamo giocato meglio nel primo tempo, è mancata la cattiveria” così ha commentato Di Francesco. In effetti la Roma ha avuto le migliori occasioni nel primo tempo, anche se ci sono stati diversi lanci lunghi sbagliati. E’ stato buono il pressing: è mancato l’ultimo passaggio o il dribbling decisivo. Abbiamo giocato bene soprattutto sulla sinistra con Kolarov e Perotti. Bisogna scegliere e far giocare con continuità un attaccante destro veramente efficace. Gerson ha poche partite. Ieri ha giocato un buon primo tempo, ma non un buon secondo tempo. Forse è il caso di farlo giocare di più. Defrel è soprattutto un attaccante centrale, anche lui ha bisogno di campo come attaccante destro. Per me, quello giusto può essere El Shaarawi, che ha giocato benissimo in quel ruolo con il Chelsea. E’ giusto che l’ultima parola su questo tema l’abbia Di Francesco, che vede tutti i giocatori in allenamento ed ha un occhio più fino del vostro pessimo blogger. Poi bisogna dare continuità alla scelta, per far entrare in confidenza il giocatore con il campo. Nella partita di ieri,  è stato decisivo il bellissimo gol di Griezmann, anche se determinato da un rimpallo sfortunato per noi. “Dopo il gol loro ci siamo disuniti”, così ha commentato il Ninja e ha ragione. Dopo il gol è arrivata l’ingiusta espulsione di Bruno Peres e il gol di Gameiro. Forse si poteva sviluppare la partita con più equilibrio, vista la loro necessita di vincere per forza. Ora nulla è perduto, è fondamentale battere il Qarabag in casa. Ora testa al Genoa, che ha cambiato da un paio di settimane l’allenatore, prendendo il focoso Ballardini. Noi possiamo e dobbiamo vincere. Daje Roma!
