Roma – Atalanta 1-2

Giusta sconfitta contro una bravissima Atalanta per una Roma a volte troppo frenetica, a volte troppo lenta, a volte troppo superba, altre svogliata e pigra, altre poco concentrata e confusa. Mi dispiace. Sono deluso e arrabbiato. La mia lettura della partita è stata insufficiente e confusa ed è giusto come ha fatto Strootman che ognuno riconosca le proprie colpe. Giocavamo con troppa frenesia, non c’era la giusta testa per la rimonta: il pressing non era coordinato, i passaggi molto spesso sbagliati. C’è stata anche una certa confusione tattica: siamo passati da 433 a 442 poi 433 iper-offensivo, ma pochi movimenti là davanti. E’ stato sbagliato anche cambiare Pellegrini. E poi è un problema l’ambiente che punta il dito sempre sul presunto capro espiatorio, per poi andare a criticare anche l’eventuale sostituto: DDR non va bene, Gonalons nemmeno, Bruno Peres è una pippa, però all’andata con l’Atalanta ha giocato meglio di Florenzi su Gomez ieri. Questa tendenza dell’ambiente di distruggere sempre tutto e di non aspettare i giocatori è un fattore nelle stagioni negative. Questo trovare il capro espiatorio, che sia il giocatore, l’allenatore o il dirigente. è sbagliato ed aggrava la crisi. La squadra per un periodo deve tenersi fuori dai social. Monchi deve dare meno retta alla piazza (spesso emotiva e irrazionale), non in grado di prendere decisioni giuste e razionali. La squadra e lo staff tecnico è lo stesso che ha battuto il Chelsea e la Lazio. Quindi abbiamo una BUONISSIMA SQUADRA. Come sfruttarla è mestiere dell’allenatore. L’allenatore deve cambiare schema  (passare dal 433 al 442). Se non lo fa, non è adeguato, a meno che non prendiamo un attaccante destro forte per il 433. Tutti, compreso io, siamo stati troppo superficiali durante quest’estate nella lettura della rosa. Ci manca un attaccante destro: Schick è un attaccante centrale, Defrel non si è trovato bene ed è infortunato, Cengiz è l’unico, ma per parlare con il Mister, ha bisogno di un interprete, Gerson e El Shaarawi sono adattati. Ma il problema dell’attaccante destro non è l’unico. Come già scritto, spesso manca il dribbling decisivo, il tiro letale, l’ultimo passaggio.  Ad ogni modo, io non sono nè l’allenatore che può cambiare schema (e non ho le conoscenze di calcio di Di Francesco), nè il dirigente che può cambiare l’allenatore o può dare gli uomini giusti a Eusebio. Bisogna cambiare la tendenza e per cambiarla bisogna cambiare o qualcosa o più fattori. Questa pausa e questo mercato ci può essere utile per riflettere e far funzionare la squadra quando torneremo in campo il 21 gennaio a San Siro con l’Inter. Daje Roma!
