L’avversario di sabato: l’Udinese. The opponent of saturday: the Udinese.

In un periodo cruciale della stagione, andiamo prima alla Dacia Arena dell’Udinese e poi a Kharkiv per gli ottavi di Champions contro lo Shakhtar. Adesso il pensiero deve essere solo ai bianconeri friulani. Mentalmente, voglio che sia chiaro un concetto, di cui ho già parlato nell’ultimo post: non abbiamo bisogno di eroi, ma di gioco di squadra. Un concetto molto importante soprattutto per i giocatori più talentuosi, che in questo modo possono migliorare. Ci vuole fiducia nel passare al giocatore nella posizione migliore. Ci vuole convinzione quando si prova a recuperare palla e quando si tira. Il pressing alto può creare occasioni facili per segnare e risegnare. Sarà importante la partita del Ninja in questo caso, ma anche di Cengiz, Dzeko e El Shaarawi (o Perotti) in fase di tiro. Possiamo dominare la partita con pressing-recupero-possesso-tiro, e poi ancora pressing-recupero-possesso-tiro, ma potremo vincere solo se saremo concentrati in fase difensiva sulle loro ripartenze. I nostri favolosi tifosi (o almeno coloro che hanno il biglietto e sono esenti dal divieto della Questura di Udine) vi guideranno alla vittoria, si lasceranno guidare alla vittoria!

L’Udinese gioca con il 352 che diventa 532 in fase difensiva. A volte diventa 442 con l’abbassamento di un solo esterno come terzino. Forte soprattutto in difesa e ripartenza. Ruolo chiave di De Paul tra centrocampo e difesa avversaria. Behrami è il playmaker adattato, può andare in difficoltà con il pressing. Barak è un centrocampista centrale offensivo, molto bravo al tiro da fuori.  Anche Jankto spinge, bravo nel pressing. Quando si spinge avanti, Pezzella fa ottimi cross bassi, ma al suo posto potrebbero giocare Adnan o Zampano (tutte ali offensive, Pezzella è più bravo nella fase difensiva). Dovremo essere bravi a spingere sulla nostra destra, senza trascurare la sinistra e il centro. Danilo e Samir più bravi in costruzione di Nuytinck o di Laursen. Samir e Danilo forti sui corner, Samir è più terzino che centrale difensivo come Laursen. Difesa a 3, difficilmente fanno il fuorigioco.

Partita cruciale per la stagione anche perchè l’Inter va dal Genoa e la Lazio non è in forma e potrebbe trovare difficoltà con il Verona. Imperativo vincere. Prendiamoci i 3 punti! Andiamo a vincere! Daje Roma!
