Pensando al mercato. Thinking on transfer market

E’ troppo presto per fare simulazioni di formazioni. La situazione è molto fluida. La Roma al giusto prezzo (il prezzo che fa lei vista la situazione economica finalmente tranquilla) può vendere tutti, tranne forse Alisson (su cui è stato molto chiaro Monchi) e Dzeko (che si trova molto bene qua, non vuole andarsene e la Roma lo ritiene imprescindibile).  Benvenuti Ivan Marcano, Bryan Cristante e Ante Coric. Lo spagnolo può coprire la posizione di difensore centrale e di terzino sinistro, probabilmente sostuisce Hector Moreno e Jonathan Silva, che non verrà riscattato. Bryan e Ante sono due centrocampisti principalmente offensivi, anche se l’italiano è bravo anche nella fase difensiva. Se davvero la Roma vendesse uno tra Strootman e Nainggolan, avrebbe tanti centrocampisti offensivi (Coric, Cristante, Pellegrini, Gerson) e pochi difensivi. Per questo, penso che non ci debba essere nessuna rivoluzione in rosa. Partiamo dalla buona base di quest’anno di risultati e giocatori, compresi Strootman e Nainggolan che ritengo incedibili. Monchi dà l’impronta alla formazione anche rispettando il lavoro di Sabatini: l’importante non è chi ha comprato il giocatore più decisivo, ma che la squadra vinca e abbia successo anche più dell’anno scorso, grandissima stagione ma senza trofei. Il concetto di squadra non riguarda solo gli 11 in campo, ma tutto il club, compresi i tifosi, l’allenatore e il direttore sportivo. Quando un giocatore gioca nella Roma e dimostra attaccamento alla maglia come Kevin e Radja, io sono portato ad affezionarmi, a volergli proprio bene. Voglio bene anche a Bruno Peres, che andrà in prestito con obbligo di riscatto al Torino per 8 milioni di euro. Ciao Bruno, speriamo che con il vecchio cuore granata troverai gli stimoli giusti che con noi hai trovato solo a intermittenza. Sono molto contento che la Roma stia investendo su giovani italiani come Cristante e come (forse) Berardi (anche se nell’ultima stagione al Sassuolo giocando quasi sempre titolare, ha segnato 4 gol di cui 1 su rigore, un po’ poco per valutarlo 30 milioni). Sono molto contento (e scusate l’eccessivo uso dell’anafora, figura retorica che gode forse di troppa simpatia da parte mia) per la trattativa per Justin Kluivert e Ziyech. Li ritengo due giovani forti, in prospettiva fortissimi. Riassumendo, anche in virtù di queste trattative di cui ho parlato ci tengo a sottolineare due concetti:

1. La rosa 2017/18 è già ottima. Non c’è molto da cambiare. Una volta comprati Kluivert e uno tra Ziyech e Berardi la nostra campagna acquisti deve essere considerata conclusa. Per mandare a memoria e migliorare quei meccanismi che già lo scorso anno hanno funzionato bene;
2. Considerare anche la fase difensiva a centrocampo, cercando di tenere Kevin e Radja, che hanno più volte espresso la loro volontà di rimanere a Roma, sono centrocampisti forti, di esperienza anche internazionale e il loro lavoro sul recupero-palla lo considero necessario.

L’ultimo pensiero è per il giovane attaccante centrale Tumminello, che nell’ultima stagione a Crotone, nonostante un infortunio al crociato e un rientro difficile, ha segnato 3 gol in 198 minuti. Lo terrei a Roma come vice-Dzeko, per fargli giocare gli ultimi 20/15 minuti. Già col Crotone, con la squadra avversaria più stanca ha dimostrato di essere letale.

Per concludere, io credo che l’anno scorso, anche grazie a Di Francesco, abbiamo preso la strada giusta. Dobbiamo continuare questo cammino senza stravolgere meccanismi ed elementi. Come dicono gli americani: se funziona, non aggiustarlo. Daje Roma!

Welcome to Ivan Marcano, Bryan Cristante and Ante Coric. 2) consider also the defensive phase in midfield, trying to keep Kevin and Radja, who have repeatedly expressed their desire to stay in Rome, are strong midfielders, also international experience and their work on ball recovery I consider necessary.
The last thought is for the young central striker Tumminello, who in the last season at Crotone, despite an injury to the crusader and a difficult return, scored 3 goals in 198 minutes. I would keep him in Rome as vice-Dzeko, to let him play the last 20/15 minutes. Already with Crotone, with the most tired opposing team proved to be lethal.
