Silenzio, lavoro e sostegno.

Abbiamo un grande problema in difesa. Non possiamo permetterci di prendere 3 gol all’Olimpico, come è successo con l’Atalanta. Siamo difettosi soprattutto in fase difensiva e di costruzione di gioco.  Anche se con il Benevento, Fazio ha fatto il playmaker con Pastore a aiutare nella fase d’uscita in difesa e  entrambi hanno giocato bene. E’ fondamentale che almeno una mezzala aiuti nella fase di costruzione di gioco. Mi fermo qua con le valutazioni tattiche. Mi è sembrato che le soluzioni tattiche che ho suggerito sono state anche parzialmente seguite, ma non hanno risolto la situazione (anzi in qualche caso l’hanno peggiorata). Per questo l’unica soluzione per club e ambiente (compreso me) in generale è:

Lavoro e silenzio. Lavorare per migliorare i meccanismi tattici difensivi e offensivi e i meccanismi umani, ritrovando la forza del gruppo dell’anno scorso (anche con una cena tutti insieme). Serve il silenzio perché siamo in crisi e anche una parola è troppo, sia per fare proclami insensati visti gli ultimi risultati, sia per abbassare le ambizioni, perché abbiamo una squadra dalle qualità tecniche e fisiche importanti: possiamo vincere contro qualsiasi avversario. Ma adesso è troppo presto sia per parlare di scudetto, sia per tirare i remi in barca.

Il nostro sostegno come tifosi romanisti non deve mai mancare in ogni caso. All’Olimpico e in trasferta dovremo essere una sola, imponente voce.

Il lavoro, il silenzio e il sostegno dei tifosi possono e devono contribuire al miglioramento della condizione fisica e al cambiamento di atteggiamento in campo in senso più combattivo. Solo così potremo tornare a macinare punti e ad un posto in classifica più adatto alle nostre grandi qualità tecniche e fisiche. Già dalla partita del Chievo vedremo se avremo iniziato il giusto cammino verso la gloria.

But now it’s too early to talk about the Scudetto, or to pull the oars in the boat.

Our support as Romanisti supporters should never be missing in any case. At the Olimpico and away we will have to be one, impressive voice.

Work, silence and support can and must contribute to improving physical condition and changing attitudes in the field in a more combative sense. Only in this way will we be able to return to grind points and to a ranking position that is more suited to our great technical and physical qualities. Already from the Chievo match we will see if we have started the right path to glory.
