InnanziTotti, la squadra e l’allenatore devono parlare. Partiamo dal concetto ormai assodato per tutte le tattiche che la squadra deve essere corta. Quindi o facciamo pressing e gioco offensivo, ma la difesa deve anche entrare nella metà campo avversaria, o facciamo difesa e contropiede e stiamo tutti dietro per poi ripartire veloci con le nostre ali. Entrambe gli atteggiamenti hanno punti positivi e punti negativi. Certamente se si gioca difesa e contropiede, si deve avere una grande capacità di soffrire senza cedere (cosa in cui non siamo mai riusciti quest’anno), se si gioca con il pressing alto, si comanda la partita, si hanno più occasioni, però si possono prendere contropiedi veloci. Certamente se gli attaccanti vogliono un gioco offensivo, devono pressare più di quanto fatto nelle ultime partite. La decisioni devono prenderla di comune accordo l’allenatore e i giocatori, ma dobbiamo avere un piano gara preciso. Il Lecce gioca offensivo. Possiamo giocare in modo ibrido, sia giocando offensivi con il pressing (che il Lecce soffre), ma i nostri attaccanti devono pressare, sia facendo difesa e contropiede, lanciando lungo su Dzeko, nostra regista offensivo, e sfruttando la velocità di Kluivert e Carles Perez. Badate bene non sto parlando del nostro schieramento tattico, ma del nostro atteggiamento. Qualsiasi schieramento è indifferente. Ovviamente la decisione finale spetta in comunione all’allenatore ed ai giocatori.

Liverani gioca col 4312. Mancosu si mette a sinistra, mentre Shakov come attitudine è un centrocampista centrale per questo l’ho messo come centrocampista centrale avanzato. Mancosu è il giocatore più pericoloso. Gioca a sinistra ma è destro, quindi si accentra per cercare il tiro con il destro. Lapadula è la prima punta. Attaccano soprattutto sulla loro sinistra, nostra destra, perché sia Barak è un centrocampista molto offensivo (molto bravo quando porta palla), sia Calderoni (il terzino sinistro) spinge molto. Anche Majer sulla loro destra si inserisce in attacco. Si può attaccare su entrambi i lati, ma probabilmente sulla nostra destra troveremo più spazio. Deiola è il playmaker, bravo nel controllo palla, ma adattato al ruolo. Dovrebbero funzionare i cambi di lato. Marcano a uomo sui calci d’angolo.

Comunicazione e concentrazione. Dobbiamo comunicare tra i giocatori anche in campo, sia passando spesso la palla, sia proprio parlando, cercando di trovare la giusta intesa tra i giocatori. Altro punto fondamentale è la concentrazione. Dobbiamo passare la palla in modo preciso. Nelle ultime partite abbiamo fatto errori gravi. E’ importante giocare con intelligenza. Serve anche il coraggio o nel pressare o nel soffrire senza cedere, ma se non riusciamo a costruire dal portiere, possiamo anche lanciare su Dzeko.

Accompagnati dai soliti fantastici tifosi romanisti, affrontiamo una partita difficile ma alla portata, cercando di fare un passo ulteriore in avanti rispetto alla partita col Gent. Possiamo e dobbiamo vincere. Daje Roma!
