Il patto.

L’uomo è sopravvissuto nei secoli grazie alla fiducia. Attraverso la fiducia, l’uomo ha costruito il sistema economico, politico e sociale dei nostri tempi. La fiducia genera il patto che richiede lealtà tra le parti [come nel diritto romano c’è scritto “pacta sunt servanda” (bisogna seguire i patti)] che a sua volta si concretizza nel contratto.

Il patto tra gli italiani è il primo patto di cui parleremo. La disciplina degli italiani è veramente straordinaria e i buoni risultati (a livello sanitario) di questi giorni è dovuto alla perseveranza con cui gli italiani hanno seguito le disposizioni mediche e la legge. La politica italiana dal tempo del fascismo è caratterizzata dal personalismo e da un rapporto diretto tra Premier e popolo. Anche stavolta a livello politico si è creato un rapporto quasi intimo tra popolo e Presidente del Consiglio, legittimato dalla sua autorevolezza caratteriale e dai famosi DPCM (Decreti del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri) che l’hanno dotato di più potere rispetto al solito. Anche la democrazia ateniese, che amava il sistema democratico, come testimonia il discorso di Pericle, in periodi di crisi abdicava alla democrazia per eleggere un dittatore. Questo sistema politico è stato spiegato benissimo nel XVII secolo da Hobbes, ossia il patto tra popolo e capo dello stato, che si formalizza nel contratto. In questo modo, Hobbes si può considerare l’ideologo (insieme a Tommaso Moro e a Locke) della dittatura di Cromwell.

Per quanto riguarda noi romanisti, ci sono altri patti che ci interessano. Ultimamente gira la voce che la Roma stia per mettere sotto contratto Bonaventura (a fine contratto con il Milan e quindi a zero euro) e Kean (attaccante dalle prospettive enormi, amico di Zaniolo, ma forse un po scapestrato). Questi sono tutti giocatori di Raiola (procuratore di Mkhitaryan), si sta quindi concretizzando un patto con uno dei player più potenti del mondo del calcio. Sarà nefasto come il patto di Faust o salvifico come quello tra Dio e gli ebrei o tra Dio e i cristiani? Ai posteri, l’ardua sentenza. La mia principale sensazione è positiva. Raiola è sempre stato interessato alla Roma come testimonia questo articolo. La Roma però deve chiedere lealtà nei suoi confronti e nei confronti delle regole del calcio, come deve essere per tutti e non sempre è stato così.

Il fatto di andare a prendere Kean all’Everton consolida Zaniolo nella Roma, anche se ultimamente un giornalista affidabile come Filippo Biafora ha parlato di sirene liverpulesi per il talento toscano (e tanto romanista). Sicuramente una pietra tombale sulla cessione di Zaniolo la metterebbe il patto tra Pallotta e Friedkin. Difficilmente un nuovo proprietario come prima mossa si toglierebbe il talento migliore e uno dei giocatori più amati (se non il più amato) dai romanisti. Certamente se ragioniamo come giocatori di Football Manager, quando hai due giocatori dalle potenzialità simili, come Under e Zaniolo di solito si cede quello che puoi vendere a maggior prezzo, anche se il n.22 della Roma avendo più potenza fisica, probabilmente ha maggiori potenzialità. E’ una decisione che spetta principalmente alla dirigenza della Roma e a Petrachi, considerando altri due fattori contrari tra di loro: il precedente della cessione di Zidane nel 2001 che permise alla Juve di acquistare Buffon, Nedved e Thuram che fecero risorgere la Juve e la mia sensazione per cui Petrachi, piuttosto che vendere Zaniolo, si taglierebbe il braccio.

Filippo ha scritto un ottimo articolo su “Il Tempo”, ma non dà sicuramente per certa la cessione di Zaniolo, come hanno fatto molti tifosi. D’altronde ci sono altri fattori in evoluzione per prevedere il mercato della Roma come il financial fair play (che non potrà essere come lo conosciamo vista la crisi economica e calcistica) e il patto sullo stadio che come testimonia Ferdinando M. Magliaro in questo articolo, dovrebbe far partire la costruzione a breve, positivo volano per il patto Friedkin-Pallotta e per aumentare il budget del club.

Mentre la palla era ferma, i dirigenti della Roma si sono mossi e si sono mossi bene. I vari accordi, mail e forse sfiorate di gomito (in assenza di strette di mano) hanno portato a far ben sperare nel futuro. In generale, gli italiani hanno scoperto che provano amore, al di là dall’atto sessuale, e hanno protetto amici, zii, nonni, genitori e suoceri. La guerra contro il COVID-19 non è assolutamente finita. L’influenza spagnola ha avuto altre due ondate, di cui la seconda fu la più potente, ed è ancora presto per parlare di vaccino, ma all’alba di un mondo più pulito si presenterà una umanità più consapevole di buoni sentimenti e (speriamo) una Roma più forte e più vincente.

The pact among the Italians is the first pact we will talk about. The discipline of the Italians is truly extraordinary and the good results (in terms of health) of these days is due to the perseverance with which the Italians have followed the medical provisions and the law. Italian politics since the time of fascism has been characterized by personalism and a direct relationship between the Premier and the people. Once again, at the political level, an almost intimate relationship has been created between the people and the Prime Minister, legitimized by his character authority and by the famous DPCM (Decrees of the Prime Minister) that have given him more power than usual. Even Athenian democracy, which loved the democratic system, as evidenced by Pericles’ speech , in times of crisis he abdicated democracy to elect a dictator. This political system was explained very well in the seventeenth century by Hobbes, or the pact between the people and the head of state, which is formalized in the contract. In this way, Hobbes can be considered the ideologist (together with Thomas More and Locke) of Cromwell’s dictatorship.

As for us Romanists, there are other pacts that interest us. Recently there has been a rumor that Roma is about to put Bonaventura under contract (at the end of the contract with AC Milan and therefore at zero euros) and Kean (striker with huge prospects, a friend of Zaniolo, but perhaps a little bit reckless). These are all Raiola players (Mkhitaryan’s agent), therefore a pact is being made with one of the most powerful players in the world of football. Will it be as harmful as Faust’s covenant or as saving as that between God and the Jews or between God and the Christians? Posterity will judge. My main feeling is positive. Raiola has always been interested in Rome as evidenced by this article . Roma, however, must ask for loyalty to her and to the rules of football, as it must be for everyone and it has not always been so.

The fact of going to pick up Kean at Everton consolidates Zaniolo in Roma, even if lately a reliable journalist like Filippo Biafora spoke of Liverpool sirens for the Tuscan (and a lot Romanist) talent. Certainly a tombstone on the sale of Zaniolo would put the pact between Pallotta and Friedkin. Hardly a new owner as a first move would take away the best talent and one of the most loved (if not the most loved) players by the Romans. Certainly if we think as Football Manager players, when you have two players with similar potential, like Under and Zaniolo, you usually give up what you can sell at a higher price, even if the n.22 of Roma having more physical power, probably has greater potential . It is a decision that falls mainly to the management of Roma and Petrachi, considering two other factors opposed to each other: the precedent of the sale of Zidane in 2001 which allowed Juve to buy Buffon, Nedved and Thuram which made Juve resurrect and my feeling that Petrachi, rather than selling Zaniolo, would cut his arm.

Filippo has written an excellent article on “Il Tempo”, but he certainly does not give for sure the sale of Zaniolo, as many fans have done. On the other hand, there are other factors in evolution to predict the Roma market such as financial fair play (which will not be as we know it given the economic and football crisis) and the pact on the stadium which as testified by Ferdinando M. Magliaro in this article , should start construction shortly, a positive driving force for the Friedkin-Pallotta pact and to increase the club’s budget.

While the ball was stationary, Roma management moved and moved well. The various agreements, emails and perhaps close elbows (in the absence of handshakes) have led to hope for the future. In general, Italians have discovered that they feel love, beyond the sexual act, and have protected friends, uncles, grandparents, parents and in-laws. The war against COVID-19 is by no means over. The Spanish flu has had two more waves, of which the second was the most powerful, and it is still early to talk about vaccine, but at the dawn of a cleaner world a humanity more aware of good feelings will present itself and (hopefully) a stronger and more successful Roma.
