The Hope Card.
A current problem in the West is the distress of so many people. It's a problem that doesn't just concern Roma supporters. This uneasiness is expressed through racist behavior and far-right voting. Thus, new racist, xenophobic parties, with hatred of other religions, are emerging, and traditional right-wing parties must shift their focus to the right to avoid losing too much support.
Those who were young in the 1990s saw their parents retiring in their early 40s, salaries were generous for the prices they were getting, there seemed to be no limit to GDP growth, and when GDP wasn't growing, all they had to do was resort to debt; if inflation rose, they simply devalued the lira and/or salaries rose according to the sliding wage scale.
They were easy solutions that put the problems off to those children who were fooling around thinking that the future would always be better when in reality the conditions were being created for a new type of super annuation: the "cor cazzo" super annuation (cit. Zero Calcare).
As Western unease grew, African immigrants, usually with darker skin, arrived in ever-larger waves. In reality, it's the story of the politician who has 15 biscuits and tells the white worker that the immigrant wants to steal his only biscuit. The right has exploited popular anger to foment racism. But anger is a vicious beast that cannot be manipulated, and so increasingly racist and xenophobic parties have emerged. Now there are many Italians who glorify violence against blacks, as recently happened in case San Benedetto's
Left-wing parties have two options: either fall in line with the far right and traditional right-wing parties in the hunt for immigrants, or propose a completely different policy based on hope.
The left must be the party of GDP growth and therefore encourage those tools that make GDP grow such as immigration and this new revolution in Artificial Intelligence, which perhaps some on the left are tempted to oppose (I hope to talk about AI in more depth soon).
We must be able to tell things as they are. We must be able to implement the right policies. Only then will we be credible and trustworthy before the people and transform anger into hope.
The unhappiness of so many people is also the unhappiness of so many Roma fans who then pour their passion into Roma, and when the result isn't satisfying, or even when the performance of a single player isn't satisfying, this unhappiness turns into anger against Roma or the individual player.
As in the case of the immigrant, the problem cannot be the individual player and therefore I urge my fellow Roma fans to strongly and positively support the club and in particular the most insulted Roma player.

New sporting director D'Amico, in collaboration with the great coach Gasp and the club's management, is moving slowly but carefully. The positions we need to fill primarily are left winger and left forward. It's possible we might find two players who can play both roles.

Cardiff, and Wales in general, are a people more interested in rugby than football. The club plays in the Championship, which, given the growth of English football, is a tournament with highly competitive and well-funded teams. It will be important to test the Primavera team, who already played well in Cannes, and to make initial considerations about the preferred starting eleven.

Daje Roma!
