We played badly in the first half also because we changed 9/11 of the Benevento team, often with very imaginative choices like Bruno Peres on the left. Good in defense, except for the penalty converted by Nsame (1-0).

Badly under construction. We could not get the ball out of the backcourt, because when we played the ball on the ground, they systematically stole the ball from us (also because we didn't pass fast), when we threw long, Borja Majoral automatically lost the duel with Lustenberger. I definitely expect more from him. He probably misses the field. We will have to think of him not only as a substitute for Dzeko, but as his sidekick in some matches with 3412, also because we are talking about Lustenberger, not Baresi or Nesta.

Bad in attack. We have made many bad choices. We often looked for too difficult plays, which was useless.

In the second half, we made some substitutions and turned the game around. Veretout instead of Villar and Pellegrini instead of Juan Jesus were fundamental for the construction from behind. Also important were Dzeko in place of Borja Majoral and Spinazzola in place of Karsdorp, moving Bruno Peres to the right. So the goals came.

The first on the break with an excellent assist from Dzeko who finally rewarded the inclusion of Brunetto (which could also be done in the first half) (1-1). The second, with the Young Boys shaken by the first goal and under siege, with a cross from Mkhi (who entered in place of Pedro) and a goal from Kumbulla (1-2).

In CL, we were the best country together with England (3 wins and 1 draw), even if Inter are already in a very dangerous situation with their draw at San Siro with 'gladbach (2-2) and Shakthar's previous victory at Real's home (2-3), considering that the Spaniards are the favorites of the group, while the Ukrainian miners are a direct opponent of our Meneghini Nerazzurri.

In EL, Spagna, Inghilterra e Germania hanno fatto en-plein, anche se i tedeschi hanno solo 2 squadre per l’eliminazione del Wolfsburg nei play-off. Noi abbiamo il Napoli che ha perso in casa con i volenterosi olandesi dell’AZ Alkmaar (0-1).

Now it is useless (and, for me, always wrong) to make calculations. There are still 5 games all with non-noble opponents, but who will give everything. In our group, Cluj beat CSKA in Sofia (0-2). We certainly started off on the right foot. Our path continues well. Now Milan awaits us at San Siro, who beat Celtic in Glasgow (1-3). They are first in the standings and during the lock-down period they are the best team in Serie A, but I am extremely convinced that we can win. Daje Roma!
