Roma - Spezia 0-3 by decision (2-4 a.e.t on the pitch)

The judgment on the game cannot fail to be negative. It was a game in which we started as strong favorites, albeit against a good team, which is performing well in Serie A. Then we did everything to lose it. First we conceded two goals in the first fifteen minutes (Galabinov on a right penalty and Saponara), then we missed incredible goals (especially with Borja Majoral), then we painfully recovered the game (with the penalty of Pellegrini and Mkhi) and missed again unbelievable. Then the two red cards in 30 seconds (both right) and the icing on the cake of the sixth change that made Spezia win by decision, even if they had already won thanks to goals from Verde and Saponara.

You need to have more concentration in construction. We cannot go back too far, when the opponent presses, you have to pass it forward, otherwise you take them too much inside the house. We made a lot of mistakes and we deserved to lose, but there were referee mistakes that left me perplexed. How do you miss the offside in the era of VAR? Other teams would have used the same hard punch they used with Roma? We were wrong too much and we deserved to lose, but Roma, which has millions of fans all over the world, deserves RESPECT and the management must make themselves heard.

Beyond the formal and under-measured errors, Roma dominated the game at length. There have been signs of a good Roma, but we absolutely have to work on concentration. Some mistakes have been too much, too big. But why did Borja Majoral want to score with his heel yesterday?

I hope that our people find the team spirit. Now there is and there must be no serenity. There must be the healthy tension to do things right. We have the opportunity to prove to Spezia himself that we are of a very different kind and we must prove it to them and prove it to us, as members and as fans. We are still fourth in Serie A, in full fight for the top, and we have to win. We must win above all out of respect for ourselves. Daje Roma!
