E’ inutile nascondersi, stavolta il sacrificio del capro espiatorio è doveroso, come sono state doverose e giuste le scuse a fine partita. Ricordo comunque che lo stesso De Rossi che in modo plateale e pazzo ha schiaffeggiato Lapadula, è lo stesso che si è preso gli sputi al termine di un Roma-Fiorentina 0-3, che sanciva l’eliminazione dall’Europa League, è lo stesso che ha segnato alla Juve il gol del pareggio, iniziando la rimonta di quella meravigliosa vittoria alla fine dell’anno scorso, è lo stesso di tanti gesti memorabili e invisibili tanto importanti per la squadra (spesso quando subiamo un gol è lui a prendere il pallone dalla rete per dare subito il segnale alla squadra che bisogna reagire) Sarebbe il caso di riconsiderare l’orgoglio, fattore accessorio e non necessariamente causale di questa situazione. Secondo la mentalità anglosassone che ha colonizzato anche l’Italia, l’orgoglio è un grande pregio. Secondo una corrente del cristianesimo, invece è un male. La verità, come sempre, sta nel mezzo. Basti pensare a “Ritorno al futuro” quando alla domanda di sfida “Hai paura?”, Micheal J. Fox era portato sia ad imprese straordinarie, sia a terribile cadute. La Roma non si è ribaltata. Non è squalificata dal campionato. Non ha neppure perso, quando razionalmente questa era un’ipotesi molto verosimile. Ha toccato un bordo e ha perso velocità, ma può ancora lottare per le prime posizioni. Mancano 25 partite (per noi 26) e siamo in piena lotta sia per la zona Champions, sia per il primo posto. Abbiamo pareggiato non solo per colpa di DDR. La Roma ha giocato gran parte della partita sotto ritmo. Non ci lamentiamo se Dzeko non segna più: prima di tutto perchè fa un lavoro utilissimo per gli altri attaccanti (è merito anche del suo movimento il gol di El Shaarawi), in secondo luogo non riusciamo più a servirlo come prima. Dovremmo lanciare più spesso su di lui. In modo da dargli la possibilità di stoppare e tirare o fare la sponda per un suo compagno. E’ mancata a volte la scelta giusta, spesso andava fatto un passaggio in più. Infine un discorso va fatto sul VAR; a Cagliari, neanche vedendo il replay, l’arbitro è stato in grado di vedere il fuorigioco di Perisic e la carica su Rafael nel gol del 1-3 dell’Inter, mentre a noi al 90esimo manca un rigore su Defrel. Forse i romanisti hanno sbagliato, chiedendo il VAR per una trattenuta su Fazio e non per il fallo su Defrel. Nel complesso, registriamo l’ennesima svista post-VAR a favore dell’Inter e l’ennesimo mancato utilizzo per noi in un occasione che ci poteva favorire. Ma ora voltiamo subito pagina. Basta inutili polemiche: è andata come è andata. Adesso più determinazione, più concentrazione, più CUORE ma soprattutto più TESTA. Molti giocatori, oltre a DDR, ieri erano troppo nervosi in una partita in cui non c’era bisogno di esserlo. Si possono recuperare punti già nei prossimi week-end (la Juventus avrà Napoli, Inter e noi, il Napoli avrà la Juve, il Torino nello stadio Grande Torino e la Fiorentina, l’Inter avrà la Juve e la Lazio all’ultima giornata di andata). Possiamo mangiare come PAC MAN gli avversari. L’obiettivo è arrivare a Inter-Roma per giocarci o per difendere il primo posto e per riuscirci possiamo e dobbiamo vincerle tutte. Le prossime sfide in casa sono già fondamentali come lo SPAL in campionato e il Qarabag in Champions. Voglio vedere uno stadio pieno e urlante per sostenere i nostri giallorossi in queste difficili e importanti sfide. Daje Roma!
