Thursday's opponent: the Cluj.

The city of Cluj is a university city (also relevant from an artistic point of view) and is located in Transylvania (the historic and legendary Dracula region). After the end of communism in Romania, Cluj became an important club, overtaking the historic Dinamo Bucharest and Steaua Bucharest (who also won a Champions' Cup in 1985-86, defeating Barcelona on penalties in the final). In practice, this is what we must do with Milan, Inter and Juventus.

The coach, Dan Petrescu, also played in Italy and absorbed our cunning tactics. On the pitch, we are going to face a team with a higher technical quality than those already faced. Petrescu puts in a 4231. They are dangerous mainly on their left, our right, with Camora who is a very offensive full-back who passes with Deac, the no. 10, who is the player with the greatest technical qualities

I also have little knowledge of the opponent. I have seen league matches, but in the Europa League, players and tactics change. In the league, Camora, Vinicius, Hoban and Paun do not play and do not field 4231, but 433.

They can put us in difficulty with pressing, so it will be important to pass the ball and the work of our forwards quickly and intelligently. Mkhi, Lorenzo Pellegrini and Borja, who must help in the construction phase and then, overcoming the pressure, we can hit in pseudo-counterattack situations.

Teniamo ben presente che loro possono fare anche difesa e contropiede, in questo caso dobbiamo stare attenti con i nostri difensori, che devono salire per collaborare al passing game e dobbiamo essere bravi a gestire il possesso, per poi colpire come cobra.

If in the first half we don't have the right sensations, let's also think about putting on the pitch from the beginning of the second half at least Veretout and Dzeko.

It is a fundamental match for winning the group. We do not underestimate the opponent who has important technical qualities, but if we put our heart on the pitch, we can win and win easy. Daje Roma!
