Roma – Milan 0-2

Se tante volte ho cercato dei punti positivi, adesso proprio non li trovo. Non ho scritto prima perchè ero molto deluso, non più arrabbiato. Non si è vista la reazione, come altre volte. Non è la prima volta che la squadra ha dato l’impressione di mollare: inaccettabile perchè lo richiede il professionismo. Anche se un ultimo romantico come me crede nell’amore per il proprio club, o almeno il rispetto per quei tifosi (come me ieri) che vengono allo stadio ( nonostante le avversità di una città che non favorisce gli spostamenti (sia in macchina che soprattutto con i mezzi) e, come ieri, con condizioni critiche di tempo)  perchè credono nei giocatori e nel loro massimo impegno e che pretendono che, anche perdendo 4-0, la squadra dia il massimo perchè è quello che farebbero loro se vestissero i colori del cuore. Invece ho visto tanti passaggi sbagliati, tanti cross sbagliati. Soprattutto nel secondo tempo. il nostro possesso era lento e prevedibile. Nessuno rischiava la giocata per cambiare l’inerzia della partita. Anche Di Francesco ha sbagliato, mettendo Bruno Peres, che ha giocato meglio (ma sempre in modo insufficiente) al posto di Florenzi, Schick al posto di Dzeko (al limite si poteva mettere Defrel da subito),  lasciando El Shaarawi per tutta la partita in panchina. Dice che manca la personalità, ma è proprio l’allenatore il primo che la deve dimostrare. Come avevo avvertito, l’azione del primo gol è partita da destra con un cross di Suso e ha segnato Cutrone. Siamo stati tutti insufficienti. Forse la soluzione è a portata di mano, visto che Ancelotti è sul mercato ed è un top-player come allenatore. Prenderlo (anche dandogli lo stipendio che prendeva al Bayern Monaco di 15,8 milioni), significherebbe passare sicuramente il turno di Champions (considerando che la Juventus è con un piede fuori dalla competizione e siccome la Roma è l’italiana che andrebbe più lontano, prenderesti 30 milioni in più). Questa è la strada più sicura se si vuole avere successo, trofei (importanti per i tifosi come me e spero pure per il nostro presidente) che significherebbero tanti soldi. E’ una decisione da prendere il prima possibile.  Se non venisse presa questa decisione ( tra l’altro un altro grande allenatore ce lo troviamo in casa come Alberto De Rossi, che è pluricampione primavera). potremo in alternativa crescere con Di Francesco e questo significa che bisogna parlarsi tra dirigenti, tra dirigenti e allenatore e tra allenatore e giocatori. Come dice Michael Jordan: posso accettare il fallimento, ma non posso accettare il non provarci. Daje Roma!

If so many times I have looked for positive points, now I just can not find them. I have not written before because I was very disappointed, no longer angry. Even if a last romantic like me believes in the love for his club, or at least respect for those supporters (like me yesterday) who come to the stadium (despite the adversities of a city that does not promote travel (both in the car and especially with the bus) and, like yesterday, with critical conditions of time) because they believe in the players and their best effort and claim that, even losing 4-0, the team does its best because it is what they would do if they wore the colors of  hearth. Instead I saw so many wrong passes, so many bad crosses. Above all in the second half. our possession was slow and predictable. Nobody risked the play to change the inertia of the game. Even Di Francesco was wrong, putting Bruno Peres, who played better (but still inadequate) in place of Florenzi, Schick in place of Dzeko (at least you could put Defrel immediately), leaving El Shaarawi for the whole game in bench. He says that the personality is missing, but it is the coach who is the first to demonstrate it. As I warned, the action of the first goal started from the right with a cross from Suso and scored Cutrone. We have all been insufficient. Perhaps the solution is at hand, given that Ancelotti is on the market and is a top-player as a coach. Take it (even giving him the salary that he took to Bayern Monaco of 15.8 million), would certainly pass the round of Champions (considering that Juventus is with one foot out of the competition and since Rome is the Italian that would go further, you would take 30 million more). This is the safest road if you want to succeed, trophies (important for fans like me and I hope for our president) that would mean a lot of money. It is a decision to be taken as soon as possible. If this decision was not taken (among other things, another great coach we find him at home like Alberto De Rossi, who is a under-19 champion). we could Alternatively grow up with Di Francesco and this means that we need to talk to each other between managers, managers and coach and between coach and players.
