L’avversario di sabato: il Sassuolo. The rival of saturday: The Sassuolo.

Affrontiamo il Sassuolo in un periodo di pseudo-crisi. Nelle ultime 5 partite abbiamo fatto: 2 vittorie, 2 pareggi e 1 sconfitta. Se continueremo con questo passo difficilmente vinceremo quel trofeo, che per talento tecnico meritiamo anche.  Il problema non è dovuto a cedimenti vertiginosi psicologici,  ma è soprattutto tattico. Abbiamo segnato molto di meno rispetto alle altre squadre primi in classifica (28 gol noi,  41 il Napoli, 45 la Juventus, 38 l’Inter e 43 la Lazio). Bisogna cambiare qualcosa soprattutto in attacco. Un cambiamento che può essere solo di un giocatore per il momento come Pellegrini al posto di una delle due mezzale o di schema passando dal 4-3-3 al 4-4-2 con Schick-Dzeko davanti. Sono scelte che riguardano l’allenatore. Una squadra che sa cambiare più schemi nel campionato o anche all’interno della stessa partita è un punto di partenza fondamentale per vincere un trofeo.  Aldilà della nostra situazione congiunturale di crisi in attacco, preferisco sempre attaccare con un uomo in meno della difesa (difesa a 4, 3 giocatori d’attacco, difesa a 3, 2 giocatori d’attacco) e il Sassuolo gioca con 4 difensori, però c’è da considerare la nostra crisi con il 4-3-3, che spesso diventa 4-5-1, lasciando troppo solo Dzeko. C’è poi da sfruttare la probabile riscossa di Schick, che già in allenamento sta dimostrando una buona condizione. Insomma vedremo che deciderà Di Francesco. A voi ho dato alcuni elementi su cui riflettere per preferire il 4-3-3 o il 4-4-2.

E’ importante riempire lo stadio per sostenere la nostra squadra. E’ una partita molto delicata contro una squadra molto in forma, soprattutto in difesa (0 gol subiti con Sampdoria e Inter). Dobbiamo essere in tanti. Dobbiamo guidare e farci guidare alla vittoria. Possiamo basare la partita su pressing-recupero-possesso-tiro-pressing-recupero, ma dobbiamo essere più letali al tiro. Dominiamo spesso le partite, poi ci manca l’ultimo passaggio, il dribbling decisivo o il tiro sanguinante. Dobbiamo metterci in testa che ogni nostro possesso deve essere concluso con il tiro, con un tiro fatto con la volontà e la convinzione di segnare, anche da fuori dove abbiamo diversi forti tiratori e fare più inserimenti con i centrocampisti, chiudere di più le triangolazioni. Come già detto, affrontiamo una forte difesa, la nostra mission è soprattutto fare tanti goal, ma anche gestire la partita, sia quando siamo sullo 0-0, sia quando passiamo in vantaggio e segniamo (lo spero) più gol.

Il Sassuolo gioca col 4-3-3 che in fase difensiva diventa 4-5-1. Marcano il playmaker con Politano. Giocano soprattutto: difesa e ripartenze. Gioco che si sviluppa soprattutto sulle fasce. occhio ai cambi di gioco. Uomini più pericolosi: Berardi (non molto in forma) e Politano (grande talento, molto in forma). Si abbassano con entrambe le ali in fase difensiva. Magnanelli playmaker. Bravo anche Ragusa, soprattutto nell’assist, che potrebbe entrare come attaccante esterno. Duncan si inserisce in fase offensiva. Missiroli aiuta nel palleggio Magnanelli.

Il calendario ci mette alla prova in un periodo di crisi in attacco contro una squadra in forma, soprattutto in difesa. Ci vuole la massima grinta, il massimo impegno e la massimo concentrazione. Con tanto cuore e tanta testa possiamo vincere. La nostra mission è di vincere con più gol, sapendo gestire la gara e segnando quando si può. Andiamo a vincere! Daje Roma!

If we continue with this step we will hardly win that trophy, which we deserve for technical talent. The problem is not due to vertiginous psychological subsidence, but it is above all tactical. As already said, we face a strong defense, our mission is above all to make lots of goals, but also to manage the match, both when we are 0-0, and when we move ahead and score (I hope) more goals.
