Roma – Milan 1-1

La Curva Sud. Bellissimo il ricordo per Antonio De Falchi, ma la partita era troppo importante per lasciare sola la Roma. Ci stavamo (e ci stiamo) giocando la zona Champions, Ogni fattore doveva lavorare (e deve lavorare) per la vittoria, compresa la Curva Sud. Ogni pezzo del puzzle è fondamentale per fare un buon lavoro.

Il gioco di Di Francesco funziona se gli attaccanti pressano e i centrocampisti marcano. Dobbiamo ancora lavorare sulla fase difensiva. Negli ultimi venti minuti, forse perché troppo stanchi, molliamo un po’. Al 90esimo, per fortuna, Olsen fa un’ottima parata su un tiro di Laxalt.

In generale, abbiamo dominato la partita e meritavamo di vincere che avrebbe significato il raggiungimento di quella agognata e maledetta zona Champions. Bravi noi ad attaccare. Loro si sono salvati solo grazie ad una grande prestazione di Donnarumma.

La personalità di De Rossi. Abbiamo più volte parlato del problema della personalità e quindi della gestione della partita. La personalità manca perché alcuni giocatori sono troppo giovani, perché altri la usano contro i nostri stessi tifosi (tipo Kolarov), perché per attitudine non fa parte del proprio comportamento (tipo Nzonzi). Per questo l’urlaccio di DDR dopo il gol subito e una tranquillità continuativa nel gestire il pallone e il dominio del campo sembrano fondamentali. Anche Cristante ha dimostrato personalità, ma è ancora tanto giovane. Tutta la squadra però deve crescere in fretta sotto questo aspetto perché le sfide che ci aspettano sono tutte importanti, difficili, ma che possiamo vincere perché eccelliamo in qualità tecniche.

La battaglia è tra 5 squadre per 2 posti in Champions, ma considerando che stiamo a -1 dal Milan, -5 dall’Inter (in caduta libera) e mancano 16 partite, spetta solo a noi conquistarci un posto nella prossima Champions. Daje Roma!
